I started PT about 2 weeks ago. I have nothing but POSITIVE things to say. From the first day I walked in, everyone had a smile, was friendly, wanted to help and I was really excited to started my “journey” to getting better. I had Rotator Cuff/bicep surgery 5 1/2 weeks ago, and I’d been down this road before 6 years previously (in NYS.) This experience at Benchmark has far exceeded any PT experience I’ve had to date, and I’ve had a few. I go in feeling good and leave feeling even better. Everyone that works at Benchmark is about helping you move forward in whatever yours (and your Doctors) goals are. I believe they truly care about how you feel. If you’re looking for PT’s and staff that truly care, these are your people! (I wanted to add to my review since I’ve been in PT several months and know everyone better!). The compassion that these people have is some of the highest I have ever seen. From Trevor seeing that a young girl still wasn’t feeling well and talking to her grand-father. Val - I can’t say enough good words about this woman. She is beyond wonderful, patient and understanding! Steve is brilliant, kind and caring and truly loves what he does and the people he works with. Phil who I haven’t worked with/loves the people he works with and there is a lot of mutual respect AND Cassandra - she is the glue! She makes sure that all the loose ends are tied up neatly and is a true asset to Benchmark. A group of people that meld together, work together wonderfully and truly love what they do!

From the second u enter the building, your greeted with a happy smile from the receptionist.. The therapist are friendly and respectful to your needs. I could not ask for a more enjoyable or safer experience when it comes to my thepory. And dont forget the amount of trust you develope with each therapist. Thank you all for your help... Zac

I think this is the best place to go for therapy!! All staff are excellent at what they do and genuinely care about their patients!!!

This is the best place to go for physical therapy. They helped me bounce back quickly after my knee surgery. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Big shout-out to Phil and Trevor.

I highly recommend Dr. Phil. I worked with him for several weeks, and he was consistently professional, kind, and attentive. Dr., Palmer was awesome and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me very well. I would recommend them to anybody. And the front desk was also so sweet.
